Facebook tickets updated when someone else replies

Currently tickets that come from Facebooks only show the first wall post, but aren't updated when somebody replies to the post, regardless of the source of this reply (inhoue or another FB fan). Is it possible to change that?

The recent ticket interaction is updated on tickets across all sources. You'd be able to see the latest note upon hover in the tickets list view.
