FAIL! Why does this forum constantly fail when I try to post topics?

I tried 10 times to post a different ticket - no error - just watching the little dots disappear

I was experincing the exact same when I was attempting to submit a new idea. It says "Something's gone wrong." on creation.

I found that it would submit if I didn’t select a Sub-forum or Tags….
