I'd love to be able to save a favourite "view" down the sidebar. That would be fabulous. Screenshot of what I mean…

 

I quite often switch between “Tickets I’m watching” and “Unresolved Tickets”

OR if you could “pin” the full ticket listing so it would stay open and you could get to the ones you need faster

@christatedavies,  As a workaround, You could bookmark your desired ticketviews in your browser?  Because ticket views are all URL based.
