We would like to send automatically notification to customer by his language, when ticket is in PENDING for 60 hours.
Now we are able to do so in Automatization > Time triggers.
But there is no condition to select "Customer language"
OR
You could add extra field in action “Send email to requester” - customer language, so one rule could be send in many languages.
Please add it, it would make more ability to personalize emails, due we have and English, Polish, Russian, Bulgarian and other language speaking clients.
