I want to post a feature request about the freshchat, which is the icon that can pop up a notification for the website visitors. (Like the below picture). Even now we have the campaign feature that can also send the message to the visitors, but we prefer to users can click the icon and see the FAQ. The campaign will let uses into the chat page directly.
