We have a customer serves big brand companies, that has expectation in Custom SLA Under 15 minutes (e.g. 5 minutes), for Healthcare Industries that urgently need queries solved at the earliest in some cases within operation.
Hopefully this feature can be considered in the future product roadmap that may also related to other global customers or users of Freshworks.
