We have one of a big brand customers who has renewal consideration towards the requests to Freshchat Instagram comment replies, that when the customer reply it through Freshchat, the comment will be showed up in the Instagram Comment Section and not instead of Instagram DM.
We were also suggested to raise this discussion on the Community Forum, so this feature can be considered in the future product roadmap that may related to other global customers or users of Freshworks.
