I have an important feature request for you guys. We switched from Zendesk to Freshdesk... in the views we could see the number of tickets (see sample screenshots) on Freshdesk this number is not shown.
It would be nice to see at a glance how many tickets you have in each view. Can you please share this?
I think this feature request would be very easy to implement and a great added value for all customers!

i know that you can see the number of active view in the top right corner, but i would like to see the number of tickets of all views at a glance in the list...
