While the current integration allows for the seamless import of asset information from Google Workspace into Freshservice, it would greatly enhance our workflow if changes made within Freshservice could be automatically synced back to Google Workspace. This two-way synchronization would ensure that both platforms maintain consistent and up-to-date information, reducing the potential for discrepancies and manual errors.
