Add the 'Feature Request' option in Freshdesk to Freshservice

 

Its a great feature and as we are using Freshservice as our main support tool it would be good to have this option.

Any update on this?


I think this will be a very good value add. Will avoid the need to login to the support portal to come and request for features.
