I would like to suggest a feature for the Freshservice mobile app: the ability to view and manage problem tickets directly from the app.

Currently, problem tickets do not appear in the mobile app, and adding this functionality would significantly enhance user experience by allowing teams to handle issues on the go, improving efficiency and response times.

I believe this addition would be greatly beneficial for many users, including ourselves. Please consider including it in future updates.
