I would also like to propose an enhancement related to Change Advisory Board (CAB) approval requests in the Freshservice platform. Currently, CAB approval requests are sent to the entire group simultaneously, but it would be highly beneficial to have an option to configure these approvals to be sent sequentially, one after the other.
This feature would allow for more structured decision-making and ensure that approvals follow a defined process before reaching the next approver in line.
