Feedback on apps

The apps marketplace should have the ability to leave feedback on applications. I would like to see upvote and downvote options as well as user comments. The user comments portion would be particularly helpful if there is something special that is required to get the app working. There are also some apps that are buggy or don't work correctly. We should have a way to warn other users.
