In the Freshservice Field Manager, for the field type of dropdown, please provide these additional data sources OOTB. we can currently pick the following:
In almost all recent engagements we see requests from customers where we have create custom object for:
- Software Inventory
- Business Services
- Device Records
- Asset Records
The dropdown should also have the ability to filter objects in the dropdown based on some characteristics/tags etc.
e.g. We need to create a dropdown for software inventory which have tag "Managed" or "Approved". This will allow users to only choose the software which is approved or managed by the Company's IT team instead of all the software that may have been detected on devices via the discovery.
