Hi All.
I was wondering if there is an alternitave way to track your field service teams live location in the field service map as according to the agent that assisted me at Freshdesk this is not available yet nor has it been requested before? This will greatly assist in better and easier service delivery. It will vastly reduce time spent figuring out which team is closest to which service task.
I think this will be a great addition to the Field Service Management Map. Location of all your field service agents and service tasks in one tab.
