On the requester portal you can search tickets based on terms for instance, but sometimes users have a lot of tickets with pretty much the same description. An example are phishing tickets, because these are created by e-mail and always have a similar subject.
It would be nice to have an option to search for terms, but then state you want to search for tickets that do not contain this term or terms.
