I would like the ability to filter notes within tickets.
Sometimes we will have a number of private notes between agents within a ticket which makes the ticket very messy and hard to follow.
I would like to be able to filter private notes out so you can only see public notes and replies but also have the ability to view the privates so this would just to be a filter options within a ticket.
