Hi,

It would be super helpful to be able to filter tickets using custom fields (in addition to the standard, default fields).

    Hi Alan,

    Filtering ticket fields using custom created field is possible via Filters of the ticket list view today. Reach out to support@freshdesk.com if you are unable to use the same.

    Not all custom fields, just the drop down or dependent ones. I would like to filter by a single line custom field.
