Filter tickets with Attachments

I was trying to find somewhere that I could filter messages that contain attachments, but alas I could not find a way to do such a thing.

I did attempt to create a new Dispatch'r rule to check if the words "Attachment" or "Attachments" could be found in the description, as that is what it says in a ticket when files are attached, but this did not work.

How can I filter tickets by whether or not they have an attachment?

Please add the ability to filter by whether or not the ticket contains at least one attachment.

There are other possibilities here, of course, such as "retrieve all tickets that have a least one attachment named ABC.*\.json".

Please look at implementing this feature as a matter of priority.

We have occasionally had tickets created with attachments which contained personally identifiable data, to assist in diagnosing issues.  We need to identify where there are such attachments and remove those files under the rules of GDPR.

Yes, we need the ability to create rules based on whether the incoming email has an attachment.

Yes, we need the ability to create rules based on whether the incoming email has an attachment, especially interested in ability to set priority of ticket based on existence of attachment.

Hey!

We're developing an app, integrated with Freshdesk, that will filter your tickets using artificial intelligence. We'll release a beta in a few weeks. Sign up here to register for access:
