Filtering for Special Ticket Views - Shared with me and Tickets I am watching

Most all ticket views have very powerful ticket filtering that has improved as new filtering features are released.

 

For some reason the special ticket views “Shared with me” and “Tickets I’m Watching” do not allow for filtering. Please allow filtering for all ticket views.

For filtering tickets like “Shared with me” and “Tickets I am watching”, most platforms have a custom filter or tag system — you just need to tweak the view settings or use search queries if available. It really helps streamline the workflow and keep track of what actually matters.

Filtering should be consistent across all views, including 'Shared with me' and 'Tickets I’m Watching'. It would greatly improve usability

Just came across this as we are implementing FS at the moment.

Ideally we’d like to be able to see as a filter “Shared with me” and “My Unresolved” combined or “Tickets im watching” and “My Unresolved” combined so that you can see all the tickets that are assigned to you and also shared with you or Watched by you in one view.

We have this on our old ticketing system and find it incredibly useful.
