First Name or Salutation field for Contacts

Instead of using Full Name, we want to be able to include just the contacts first name or a salutation that the customer prefers to be named.

My name for example, instead of

Dear James Selleck

we would prefer just the first name,

Dear James


This is the normal way of addressing clients in correspondence for us.
