We have instance where we have multiple products and we want to organize our articles associated to those products. We figured out we can show Folders to different user groups
All, Logged in users, Companies, and Agents
We want to keep certain folders private and only show up when a user is a part of a certain company.
The issue we're running into is that agents are not allowed to be contact in companies and so we're losing functionality and forced to duplicate information in multiple products.
