Hi,as HD agent i create an answer send to shirina3@ (add by command later) and this is not ready to publish to KB, so before needs to be send to an responsible person for review/change i.e. copywriting. From techwriter then come back to originator to content approval and/or update request . this proces should be repeatable until solution is not ready to publish.
