Why is it when you forget a user (in some cases accounts get imported that should never have been in the system e.g. Shared Mailboxes) it stays in the Requester Group as Forgotten user.
When an account is forgotten, it should disassociate from some things. Makes sense to keep it linked to a ticket as Forgotten User but everything else or a way to clear them from certain things would be a lovely feature. Otherwise, you could potentially (in our case) end up with hundreds of forgotten users in a requester group.
