Greater depth of dependency on form fields for tickets being logged.
When a user has an Application Specific query, it is not possible to pose multiple levels of dependent questions or customised form fields.
For example, if I ask the question "what is the issue?" I have lost a layer on my dependent fields and the form has far less customisation available. I cannot subsequently say provide user credentials and have a box appear based on that response.
