We need the ability to order Forum Comments Ascending and Descending.We need the ability to set permissions for Comments. For example only Agents can comment.

Hello Craig,

The option to sort comments in specific order is not available yet. We're working on an enhancement for the forum module and I'll pass this suggestion to the team.

For the second request, I'd suggest you to use the Lock topic option so that the end users cannot post a reply on the topic. The agents can still leave a comment on the locked topic.
