I haven't got any awaiting forum posts, but as for now, I have 3 options
Accept (the post will be published)
Delete (the post will be ignored)
Spam (the poster will be marked as a spammer)
I need a 4th option
Ticket (the post is not published, but is converted to a ticket, now I am able to pick up on a dialogbased solution or rejection of the post)
I like the above Idea. We would be interested in the ability to post the thread to our forum but also create a ticket.
Our specific use case is create a ticket for one of the replies inside a forum post. Sometimes we have many unique clients posting to a forum post. One of those replies may be a request for additional information. The ability to convert the forum reply to a ticket for better tracking would be of assistance.
