FR - Better Emoji Support

Fine, when I try to save new templates or canned responses, the Emoji get scratched right after or the template/response can't even be saved.


Windows 10 and Android have plenty of Emoji support, but Freshdesk falls short for that.


Could you please implement better Emoji support to be sent on emails?

We currently do not support emojis with regards to Templates/Canned responses but we would make sure to pass on your feedback to our team!

    @alyssia.correa @aarthy.dhanasekaran Hej, since this is still not possible: Can you open the Idea for voting again, are emojis gonna work in canned responses soon anyway or do I have to create a new Idea for that?
