FR - Focus mode in reverse order (from the last to the first)

Could you please enable the Focus Mode to be set to the reverse order? That way I could reply older tickets from the last to the newest ones.


Instead of going to the past tickets, I'd like to go to the newest, one by one.

Hello Gabriel,

Hope you are well. If the Focus mode is toggled ON, then the next ticket to which it is naviagted after you resolve the ticket as resolved or closed after you reply to the ticket is based on the order that you have sorted in the ticket list view. You should be able to sort the tickets based on several parameters like date created, due date etc.. in both ascending or descending order. It would be based on this sorting, the Focus mode switches to the next ticket.
