Hi, I need to pay extra accounts for only access reports profile ?
These agents only need to check how is working the helpdesk, they only check reports.

You can add them as agents with access to reports so that they can view the reporting data and generate customised reports. Alternatively, if you'd like to send a specific filtered report, you can use the schedule reports option to send them to an external email address without having to add them as an agent.
