I know there is already an integration but this isn't good enough. I am looking for something where you can create tickets from within WHMCS and also view them from within WHMCS. You would't even need to go to fresh desk.com unless your an agent. It  would be fully integrated with WHMCS just like kayak and zendesk and others have done. I know this can be done. I just don't have the skills or time to do this at the moment. Is anyone able to do this or maybe even the fresh desk developers?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure why you never got a reply, that's disappointing. I also would like what you're asking. The data you view on the customer in WHMCS is thorough and important, from what I understand you only see a small amount of WHMCS data when logged into Freshdesk on your customer.

Also if the customer has to login to two separate interfaces for your support company, one for WHMCS and another for tickets (freshdesk), or the admins/agents have to login to whmcs and freshdesk, this is barely what I'd consider an "integration". Not sure if this is the case, but in the video I saw it appeared to be as such. Still waiting to hear back from Freshdesk.
