Fresh Phone Hold feature
YES PLEASE!!! We have hundreds of phone calls a week and this would be a fantastic add-on. Right now, our customers just here silence when they are on hold. When we had ring central and put our members on hold, they at least had hold music.

You can configure "Hold" message in Freshcaller, the new phone channel in Freshdesk. In fact, it has made it easier to setup IVRs and call flows with this interactive workflow type editor.
