I noticed that in the old Live Chat window the option to minimize the chat was the normal "-" sign to indicate minimizing. In the new FreshChat window, the option to minimize the chat is now an "x", which seems to indicate deleting or forever closing the chat, not minimizing. Think of any browser window on a computer, the x always means that the window or application is being completely closed.
Would you consider changing the "x" back to the "-" sign so it more clearly communicates to the end user what will happen when they press the button?
