Instead of leaving the freshconnect when I answered the colleague, or when I made the requested thing, I would like to put this conversation in a resolved list.
I only keep the freshconnects where I have still something to do. Otherwise, they are too much topics and I loose the focus on the urgent ones.
But, the others freshconnect that I left, I loose them… Is it possible to archive them somewhere, and have a search function on it ?
