I have seen this bought up about 4 years ago but feel its worth reiterating that this would be incredibly useful for my company.
We rely on freeagent to track time and would like the two to talk to one-another to save double data entry

The integration is not in the immediate roadmap. However, using our developer tools in developers.freshdesk.com you will be able to build the integration. If you need any technical help please reach out to rajiv@freshdesk.com. We also have development partners who will be able to build the integration for a nominal price.
