Freshdesk Android app should be compatible with split-screen mode

The Freshdesk Android app should be compatible with the split-screen mode ( https://developer.android.com/preview/features/multi-window.html ). This feature is highly desired by our agents because they frequently need to access another app and copy various pieces of info from it in order to provide feedback to a customer. Having both in side-by-side windows would be a tremendous improvement.
