Looking for ways to help identify and help our customers -
This endpoint ( https://aaaaaaaaa.freshdesk.com/api/_/tickets/1234?include=requester,stats,company,survey,ticket_form ) has a section ‘meta’. If that could be available in the public v2 API (in particular the ‘referrer’ tag) it would be very helpful.
Ultimately being able to use those data points in the rules engine would really help us streamline customer interactions!
