Freshdesk Arcade Notifications
I was configuring the Arcade today en was surprised notification was a basic feature in gaming. Agents have almost no possibility to know about quests they've completed. Notifications of completing quests could also be placed in Recent Activities i think!

This is the point, I want notification for me and for other agents! Otherwise badges achivement is not showed and visibile.
