Freshdesk - Delay Sending Email

We could benefit from being able to “send” emails but have them sent on a delay. Allowing for emails to actual be delivered several hours after they were “sent” by our staff. Is this something in the works?

I understand your usecase, while it’s not available natively, there is an Application which can help you achieve that.

Please go to Admin->Apps, Search for “Schedule reply for Freshdesk”. Using this, you can schedule your replies:
 

While installing, you’ll have to enter your Domain and API key(Can be found under Profile settings).

The “schedule reply for Freshdesk” app doesn’t seem to be available…? Is there another way to schedule e-mails/replies?

This app is not showing in apps marketplace.

Yes, the APP has been removed from the apps section for now.

I’ll update here once it’s uploaded again or if there are any other apps with the same functionality.
