We have installed the Hangouts integration app, but none of the features as outline HERE do not appear to be working. (no button to initiate a hangouts call on tickets)

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
The Google hangouts app is not compatible in the Mint UI. We now have the "Google hangouts chats" that could be integrated with FD.
