Hello,
We have enabled the Holiday Theme in Freshdesk and have found that the ticket number is partially obscured by the depiction of mountains in the banner. This is because the font color used for the theme is not dark enough or bold enough to stand out against the background image. Can you please consider changing this to be better defined?
