Currently contact multi factor authentication is not support to contacts using freshdesk local/native accounts. This can be achieved using a third party integration such as Azure Active directory. Please would it be possible to introduce MFA for contacts without the need for a third party integration.

I agree. Generally this product looks nice, but without this feature it’s pretty much a non-starter with us.
