Freshdesk Mint integration with Freshbooks

Do you plan to incorporate Freshbooks integration into Freshdesk Mint. I am currently evaluating Mint, previously I used Freshdesk classic and one of my favorite features was the Freshbooks integration.


I am also interested in the GotoAssist integration.

We've been working on making the existing integrations compatible with Mint. Few of the top requested integrations are already available on Mint. We'll work on the timelines for this and share it with you soon.

Will this integration be available soon? I'm forced to use Freshdesk Classic for invoicing through Freshbooks. I'm very eager to use Mint for all the extra features.

Freshdesk Classic shutting down Jan-19 and still no Freshbooks integration.

Hi Aravind,


I'm also quite eager to see this integration offered. I've been using your platform and its integration with FreshBooks for the last 5 years. I depend heavily on this functionality and would suffer greatly as a customer if it can't be accommodated. I'm already starting my research to move my business to a new platform so that my ticketing and billing communicate seamlessly. Moving to another platform would be a massive inconvenience and something I would very much like to avoid.


Is there anyway this integration can be completed before I have to switch to Mint on January 31st?

It's extremely important to us as well. I have been following this for a while since Mint is available to try.  Today even the classic version is not working with freshbooks. My logged hours for 2 tickets both lost.  You cannot force people to move to a new place but losing some basic functionalities.  Thanks. we are counting on your guys!!!

Freshdesk is shutting down 31st Jan. We're forced to upgrade to Mint without a major integration - Freshbooks. 


Great to hear you are able to build this integration for Mint but would this be at a cost to the user?

Has anyone else been forced to convert to the Mint UI?  This morning logging in we can't switch back to classic anymore and therefore can no longer log our time.   Quite frustrated


We've been told a few times over the past many months that updated FreshDesk integration is coming but it seems to be vaporware.

WOW FRESHDESK, WTF? You said I had until January 31st to migrate to the new Mint platform, promising this integration would be ready in time then you just go and switch me???? MAJOR FAIL

It should be in the final stages of the development and we need to brush it up a little before we publish it on the marketplace. We'll make sure that this and a few other time tracking integrations are made available on Mint before the deadline.

Just wanted to share an update on the Freshbooks integration on Mint. The development has been completed and the app is currently in the final phase of testing. We're targeting the release before the end of this month (tentatively February 25).
