The Slack app only has 1 built in filter. It shows 'My Open and Pending tickets'. It would be more helpful to have the 'My Unresolved Tickets'. It would show other ticket statuses. We have custom Status like 'Waiting on Feedback' and 'In Progress'. Those don't show for that filter, so they don't show in Slack.
