The to-do list on the Freshdesk dashboard is amazing to use, however, currently only 2 items are visible. It would be great if the section could be bigger so more items are visible.
In addition the newest created item is always shown at the top of the list, it would make sense to either have a filter on in which order they should be displayed. Or the item that was added last should be added at the bottom of the list.
