Freshfone - On Hold

We would like to be able to put the caller on hold. They would hear music playing.


This is better than just muting the microphone, where the caller is not sure whether the line has gone dead.

Is there any update from FreshDesk on this addition?  We get that 'mute' is similar, but we would like the option of music other than just 'mute'.

You can now add a wait music for the callers on hold. This can be configured under Admin-> Phone-> Edit-> Settings-> Wait Music
