I am evaluating Freshfone and it looks good. We use Google Voice and love the transcription feature. If we were to switch to Freshfone, we would lose that functionality. The Google Voice transcriptions, while at times comically off, are close enough give you an idea of what the customer wants. It is much faster to read than listen to voicemails. Is that on the product roadmap?

Freshfone - transcribe text ala Google Voice
I second this. Our customer support staff currently use Grasshopper for phone support. It provides transcripts of voicemail, which are very useful. We would love to have phone support integrated with FreshDesk with call recording, etc, but the lack of transcripts is a hurdle.
