FreshPlug for Zoho CRM

Hi,

I would like to sync my Zhoho CRM contacts with Freshdesk contacts. Every Day i have new customers registering / sending email to my helpdesk and tickets are opened, I wanted to push the new contact details to Zoho CRM.

We also use ZOHO CRM and would highly value a deeper exchange of data between ZOHO and Freshdesk. We used ZOHO Support until last month and just were not satisfied with it.

+1 on this, we use Zoho CRM and Freshdesk side by side. Deeper integrations would be ideal.

Zoho CRM can be integrated with Freshdesk to give your agents more context about the customers. The app allows you to fetch details from the CRM and present a read-only version of the data in the ticket page.
