Perhaps consider adding a forum category for Freshplugs for people to share their "recipes"?

I was interested in the same.  They have something similar for FreshDesk, not sure if they will work across services.

Hi Ryan, the ones for Freshdesk should work in Freshservice as well. Plus with Freshservice, you can add additional widgets for problems and changes too.
