In recent communications with Freshservice support, it is clear that the Freshservice API does not have the capability to onboard new employees (not the entire process, but the beginning, i.e. setting name, department, supervisor, start date, etc).
Has anyone been able to come up with a workaround for this to more automate their employee onboarding process?
